Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Rare Glass Gallery website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Limited Edition Artworks
Edition Limits: All artworks are sold in strictly limited editions as specified for each piece. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints will be produced.
Authenticity: Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity and is numbered as part of the limited edition.
Quality: All prints are produced using premium archival materials and museum-quality printing processes.
Purchase and Payment
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase confirmation will be honored.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Availability: All orders are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is not available, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom framing may require additional time.
Shipping: We ship worldwide using premium carriers with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery: Delivery times vary by location. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accompanying materials.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
Artwork Rights: Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical artwork but does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Artist Collaboration: All profits from artwork sales are shared with the original artists as specified in our artist agreements.
Usage Rights: Prints are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale rights are not included unless specifically stated.
7. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and provide our services.
Data Usage: Personal information is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rare Glass Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
