The Phygital Promise
Phygital = Physical + Digital. You're not just buying a print. You're acquiring a bridge between the AI art revolution and the timeless nature of physical collecting. Each piece exists in editions of exactly 10, transforming ephemeral digital moments into permanent physical treasures.
The Basics
By using Rare Glass, you agree to these terms. Simple as that.
What you're getting: High-quality physical prints of curated AI artworks, limited to exactly 10 pieces per edition. Ever.
The Phygital Edition Promise
Limited Means Limited
When we say "Edition of 10," we mean 10. Not 10,000. Not "10 plus artist proofs." Just 10. When they're gone, that artwork is retired forever.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every phygital piece includes:
- Unique edition number (e.g., 3/10)
- Artist attribution & creation date
- Digital token certificate
- Verification code for authenticity
Quality Prints
Professional print-on-demand production. Vibrant colors, durable materials, ready to display.
Money Talks
Pricing: What you see is what you pay. USD. No hidden fees. Prices may change for future buyers, but your order locks in at checkout price.
Payment: Major credit cards, digital wallets. Full payment upfront because we start production immediately.
Sold Out = Sold Out: If we oversell (rare but possible), you get a full refund + first dibs on our next drop. No exceptions.
From Digital to Your Door
Production: 3-5 days to transform pixels into phygital perfection. Each piece is made-to-order, not sitting in a warehouse.
Shipping: White-glove handling. Tracked. Insured. Packaged like the museum piece it is.
Timeline: 7-14 days total from order to arrival. International orders may take longer + customs fees (that's on your government, not us).
The 30-Day Promise
Love It or Return It: 30 days to decide if your phygital piece sparks joy. If not, send it back in original condition for a full refund.
How to Return: Email us. We'll send a prepaid label. Pack it like you love it (because someone else will).
Refund Speed: 5-7 days after we receive it. Same payment method. No games.
Who Owns What
You Own: The physical print. Display it. Love it. Resell it if you want (hopefully for more than you paid).
You Don't Own: The copyright. Can't make copies, NFTs, or merch. That stays with the artist.
Artists Get Paid: Every sale includes a cut for the original creator. We believe in supporting the humans behind the machines.
Your Data is Sacred
What We Collect: Just what we need to send you amazing phygital art. Name, address, payment info. That's it.
What We Don't Do: Sell your data. Spam you. Share with "partners." Your info is yours.
Fort Knox Security: Bank-level encryption. PCI compliance. We protect your data like we protect our limited editions.
The Legal Stuff
Our Promise: We'll deliver amazing phygital art or your money back. That's the extent of our liability.
